It’s suprising how often our clients talk about poor sleep.
Important note, if you notice a significant change to your sleeping patterns – either way more or way less than usual – this could be a sign of BURNOUT and you should track this over time along with your mood, diet, relationships and overall emotional wellbeing.
When it comes to sleep, be aware of EATING and DRINKING too much too close to your bedtime.
